RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Muscle Gummies, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items. This is for hygiene and safety reasons, as our products are food supplements.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided

Returned items must be in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used food supplements
- Products with broken safety seals
- Items returned without original packaging

REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will assess and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
